The cabinets have been set. Still need a few trim pieces put into place, but this is pretty much our house.

also kitchen, known as the "beverage center" - will have a mini-fridge for the kids, the microwave (also kid height!), a sink and the coffee pot and toaster.

We're just trying to get our house back at this point. Every member of this family is done - we're ready for our new, "back to 'normal'" life. I'm trying to get some things taken care of - like cleaning the moldy mess of a basement and repainting the bed/bathrooms in the existing house. Finish plumbing starts next Tuesday. I'm still hopeful that we will get our certificate of occupancy by mid-December so we can get a ton of things organized and taken care of before our move-in. Not overly optimistic since all the interior painting, sanding/staining of floors, finish plumbing, concrete porches, kitchen beams, all exterior beams, and a ton more trimwork remain to be done. That's 3 weeks, folks, including the holiday. It'll never happen. (I hope to eat my words on this one!!)

What will be going in the center of the beverage center...above the sink? Seems like designed for something otherwise would have cabinets there?
Good luck on the timeline...making progress, though. Don't forget once "their" work is done you have a punchlist to do and then they get to more of "their" work.
