I have a friend, and fellow blogger(everythingpink), who has suggested her readers buy something used/old/or the like. (or at least that was the way I read it.) So I did. I got this totally vintage dress at the consignment store. It was not the great Goodwill type buy she seems to get, but I love it.

the tag in the dress reads "Int Ladies Garment Workers Union"
