That time again!! The "All Smiles" gang as we have coined ourselves headed to the hostess' home in CO. Our first night was dinner at Vesta with fabulous food. Then the unpacking and a little catching up. The next morning was a light breakfast (with this addicting NOOSA yoghurt that is NOT available outside of CO!!!!!) before heading to Snooze for a super brunch of a "Sinful" pancake served by Rico (and yes we all said "Suave" in unison) and a tad of shopping.

Of course we enjoy our time together, but we have left our families for the express purpose of having uninterrupted time to scrapbook all the goings on of our families, so actually scrapbooking is important. I completed 17 pages this time which is good for me but no where near as productive as the other girls.

Our last night got a little crazy since we hadn't gotten out in the cold to exercise over the weekend. We were all trying to complete more projects in the last few hours of our night because we had to leave for the airport at 7:30am - dressed, make-uped, and ready to fly. Well, all but Karen who unfortunately got to lengthen her weekend by a day in O'Hare. Anyway, The Electric Slide came on the radio, if that's what we can call it, and we just HAD to do it. Below is the video one of the other girls took. Hum, why was she not doing the Electric Slide?

Anyway, these girls' weekends are such a blessing!
Except for maybe the hubbies... I know I got a sad text and follow-up email entitled "further deliberation on how bad I suck..." the first day on everything that went wrong in the first hour of the first morning - it included, but was not limited to, a wet bed, missing the bus, and overlooked homework. It also said how much I was missed, so that was very nice. : )
