Due to a nasty GI bug, we were home on this cold, but sunny day. Great lighting for Brent to take some new pictures.
Savannah's bathroom -- it's called "bunny nose" pink - how cute is that?!
the new laundry room - it's basically the same laundry since our Franklin house; we just moved it up 2 floors to where all the laundry is generated. Oh, and this is the first laundry room with a sink-- very exciting!
latest picture of the library - you can see that the floors have been stained
kitchen - it's just what we envisioned. You can hopefully get a feel for the "L" with the island and then the black "beverage center" as it's been called. And Brent spent untold hours on the beams after being told that "everyone was working without plans" regarding the beams vs lights layout. (pls see post from June-ish about architect coming into town to fix beam problem and drawing new layout -- and if it's not there, then I just put it in.)
our room - I don't know if I've posted a picture of this space since framing... the colors are more subtle in person.
our bathroom - the vanity has been framed (since someone "didn't know it was floating" until a few weeks ago) and the bathtub (same person also "didn't know" it was supposed to be recessed into the floor even though it was purchased and specs sent Feb 19, 2008).
hopefully the exterior columns will be going up soon - that should really make the outside.
It's really very exciting - we can see our hours of pre-planning, wishing, and nit-picking coming to beautiful finish. We can't wait to get back.
