Bennett's Birthday
Wow, 9. We had our typical bday evening planned - Bennett got to choose where we had dinner, etc. Then after school he informed us that the kid in his class whose parents own the restaurant he wanted to go to told him it was closed on Mondays. UGH. So he picked a new place...
Of note would be that he got a bit upset that we weren't buying dessert at this restaurant bc we had a bday cake at home.
Then back home for presents. It's great to see the excitement on another's face during the opening of presents. I could see the wheels turning just like a couple of Christmases ago when Bish got a barn and Bennett got a StarWars vehicle which was much cooler.
Daddy picked the cake and the double chocolate fudge something was a hit.
Apparently 9 year old boys don't like having their pictures taken with their siblings.
