The long awaited family room fabric choices to accompany the hot pink Kenny's Kiss walls. From the top - a nice apple green with large cream and brown paisley for 2 club chairs that swivel (very important for tv viewing). Going clockwise, the chocolate brown woven fabric for the new sofa, next is a multi-colored art-deco fabric for 2 of the sofa pillows. The other 2 square or box pillows will be the solid green from the paisley with a big brown button and brown piping. And finally we have Bubbles Raspberry which is a beautiful hot pink dupioni silk with little green dots woven on it. I will use this fabric for window treatments and maybe a pillow or two if we can fit a leather chair or two in the room. I also picked out a rug for a rug idea I stole from the neighbors (and they just happen to be the same neighbors who own the furniture store from which we are buying this items! gasp!). Anyway, the idea is a sisal type rug in a larger size with a wool/oriental rug in a smaller size on top. I only selected the sisal - which is actually a wool rug woven in a basket weave to mimic the look of the sisal/seagrass. The wool is much softer!

It looks like it will be fun. Will they have it all done for next week? Also, are your fireplaces wood or gas...like the one in the "no book" library? :)
